| The school health programs focus on age-appropriate health education, and risk reduction services for students, faculty and staff. Key components of the school health program include scoliosis and vision screening, maturation classes, and other health and safety programs. |

| Tobacco Cessation Services: |

| One-on-one tobacco cessation and/or group counseling available free of charge. Please call 478-6303. |

| Infant/Toddler: |
|
| The Infant Toddler program provides early intervention services including: screening, assessment, referral, and case management for eligible children 0-3 years of age. |

| Family Planning: |
|
| The family planning program provides clinical examination and education to women and men who request birth control information. Family planning services promote positive health behaviors, as well as pregnancy and STD (sexually transmitted diseases) prevention. |

| Prenatal Ancillary Care PAC: |
|
| PAC services are provided to pregnant women. Services include nursing and nutritionist prenatal education and case management services for at-risk, low-income pregnant women. |
|
| STD and Communicable Disease Programs: |
|
| The STD and Communicable Disease Programs provide confidential testing, investigation, treatment and education to individuals who are affected by the diseases, or who have concerns about the nature of communicable disease. |
